Walking between rows of stacked barrels, talking to his wines. The peated smell of toasted oak barrels, infused with the aromas of ripe plums and black cherries with a swirl. A silent nod and a hint of a smile, an accord with the wine before he wonders off to meet the next. Aged in French oak for 18 months. This signature range received a Four Star Platter's Award in 2024
